It must be stressed that none of this information can be used to personally identify either the user or the computer/tablet/phone that was used to access the website.

Processing of information

Whilst server log information is available to us we do not process it in anyway and use it only for routine checks on the number and type of visits that our website is receiving.

Copying of your information

The above server logs are stored on the web servers of the Internet service providers that host our website. These are protected by industry standard security systems. We do not download copies of these logs or store them in anyway.

Disclosure of information

We will not disclose any information about our visitors without specific instructions to do so which emanate from a court of law in the United Kingdom.

Contacting us

If you contact us your communication will be stored on our own computer system which is protected by industry standard security methods. We will only use the information you send us in order to answer any queries you raise. We will happily delete your communications from our system if you request us to do so.

Access requests

You are entitled, under the 1998 data protection act, to ask any company to let you see any personal information about you which is held on that company's computer system. There is provision within this act for a reasonable charge to be made for this service. If any of this information is incorrect you are entitled to insist on it being corrected. If you wish to view any information that we hold on you, please contact us and we will be happy comply with this act of Parliament.
